Yes! You can send money to anyone using their email address or name. PayFlip handles the routing in the background. The recipient doesn't need to have PayFlip installed—we'll guide them to download it when they receive funds.

What happens if I lose access to my account?

You can recover your account using your email address and the authentication method you set up (password, biometric, or 2FA on your email account). Your wallet is securely linked to your account. If you lose email access, contact support@payflip.xyz immediately.

Your transaction metadata is stored securely by PayFlip to power your history view and support. However, once broadcast to a public blockchain, your wallet address and transaction amounts become permanently visible on-chain. Be thoughtful about whom you share your address with.
